As a Movistar Salud user, you can use the service free of charge.
How does it work?
By following a few simple steps the Symptom Checker will allow you to get guidance on your symptoms.

If you have any doubts, a doctor can advise you.

You can ask our doctors any questions about your health from the comfort of your own home.
This is not an emergency service and below are examples of conditions we cannot treat. If you are feeling severely unwell, we advise you to contact your local emergency services.
What we don't treat: Chest pain, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, thoughts of suicide or self-harm, confusion, loss of consciousness, severe infection, severe pain, suspected stroke, seizures, pregnancy complications, high fever in unwell infant.
