Sometimes finding where to get help is one of the biggest hurdles. In times like these, our team of psychologists can guide you in the right direction and give you a better understanding of your mental health condition, the treatment you need, as well as helping you to navigate the health system.

When requesting a consultation, our specialists will assess your condition and then point you in the right direction for further support.

Who can use this service?

As a client, you get up to 5 sessions of this service at no additional cost.

How does it work?

Request the service and a psychologist will contact you.

    Request the service.

  • 2Talk to a psychologist

    Our GPs will review your consultation details to ensure your safety and will forward the case to the psychology team. The GP may contact you if you they need more information or have any concerns.

  • 3Get support

    They will determine the support and treatment you need.

You can ask our doctors any questions about your health from the comfort of your own home.

This is not an emergency service and below are examples of conditions we cannot treat. If you are feeling severely unwell, we advise you to contact your local emergency services.
What we don't treat: Chest pain, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, thoughts of suicide or self-harm, confusion, loss of consciousness, severe infection, severe pain, suspected stroke, seizures, pregnancy complications, high fever in unwell infant.
